Court Chaos to Clarity is a coaching and education program for parents in divorce and custody litigation. Each session pairs a short nervous-system calming practice, such as EFT tapping, humming, movement, or meditation, with a focused lesson and live Q&A. Parents get tools for organizing timelines and documents (including AI-assisted tools), help recognizing conflict and communication patterns, and a confidential peer community, so they can stay grounded, informed, and focused on their children.
