My Story

No one heals alone.

The family, the lessons, and the love behind my mission.

My story starts with a love story. My parents were high school sweethearts. They married at 18 and had their first child at 19. My sister followed four years later, and I came along eight years after that. We were a family of five, and because of my dad's job, home moved with us: from Ohio to Wisconsin, New York, Illinois, Tennessee, and back to Ohio again. Those state-to-state moves are what sparked my love for real estate: for homes, for transitions, and for the stories each one holds.

Through every move, my mother held us together. She was mostly a stay-at-home mom, though she also worked part-time as a dental hygienist and a teacher's aide. She was the foundation of our family while my father put in long hours at work. Every new house became a home because of her.

There isn't a soul my parents hate. When I meet people who know my mother, they tell me she is the sweetest soul, and they're right. She always told me not to hate anyone, because love goes much further. I have carried that with me my whole life, and it is the reason my healing, and my mission, are built on community.

My father taught me what it means to work. He was selected as an honoree into the 2023 Circleville Alumni Hall of Fame. He standardized electronic Worker's Comp reporting and implemented it in 37 states. His experience was recognized by the Clinton Administration, and he worked alongside Oprah Winfrey with the Benedict Center rehabilitation program. I am thankful I had the opportunity to work alongside him for six years at the beginning of my career. To say I'm proud of him is an understatement. He is driven, he has a mind like no other, and he is the foundation of my work ethic. I hope to grow into even a portion of that as I become my future self.

In 2026, my parents celebrate their 57th year of marriage. Growing up with that example, it was difficult for me to understand what my own children were going through with my divorce. So I relied on a community of families who were going through something similar, and that community changed everything for me.

That is where I learned the truth at the heart of everything I do: no one heals alone. When we share our lived experience, isolation turns into collective strength. The wisdom I carry now was hard-won, earned by refusing to quit, and I want to pass it on. I don't just want to teach people how to survive a hard season. I want to help them transform through it.

That is why this mission matters so much to me. It's why I founded Court Chaos to Clarity, to help families move from overwhelm to organized, with others walking beside them.

It's also why I love real estate. All those moves as a child taught me that a home is more than an address. It can be a foundation for a new beginning. I went on to earn my bachelor's degree in business from Franklin University, build a background in strategic negotiation and business development, and play a key role in the successful merger of three multi-million-dollar companies. Today I bring all of that to my clients as a REALTOR® with the VUTECH | RUFF team at Cutler Real Estate, helping families buy, sell, and invest with professionalism and heart. Whether I'm helping a family find that next home or helping a parent find clarity and community, I'm living out what my parents gave me: a strong work ethic, and a belief that love goes much further.

You can read more about my real estate work on my About page, or search homes and listings on my VUTECH | RUFF agent page.

Thank you for letting me share my story. I hope it reminds you that wherever you are starting from, you don't have to start alone.

With love,
Sarah Abbitt Isaac
